Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
w!d iis adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-322
ON -SALE NON- INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE - "MUSIC IN PLYMOUTH"
WHEREAS, an application for On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License has been
received from Lee Munstenteiger. representing "Music in Plymouth". in accordance
with Chapter III, Section 3, Plymouth Code,
NOM. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Matt Liquor License be approved for We Munstent Iger,
representing "Music in Plymouth" for the period August 13, 1974 - August 15, 1974.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
,�qnor Inn Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
