Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was he on t e 1st day
of July 1.474 The following members were present:

RESOLUTION NO. 74-327

APPROVING FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
PROJECT NO. 402 - N.E. WATER TRUNK LOOP
WHEREAS. pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on April 1, 1974, the City's
Consulting Engineer,.Bonestroo,;-Rosene, Anderlik and Associates has prepared plans
and.specifications for the improvement of the Northeast Trunk Water the
,Main by
construction of water trunk main between the following points:. 2J to approximately.
�1700 feet south, 2J' to 2K, 2K to 2M. 2M to 1N. 1H to 1E, 1E to 1F as shown in the'
Report on Water Distribution for Plymouth, Minnesota 1972; has
.. and presented such
plans and specifications to the Council for approval;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1. Such plans and specifications; a copy of which is attached hereto and;made a
part hereof, are -hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shalt prepare -and -cause to be inserted in the official Paper and
in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids unpon the making: of
such improvemen ,;un r ME pproved plans and specification. The advertisement
shall be published for two days, shall state that bids will be received by'
the. City Clerk until 10400 A.M. on July 25, 1974, at which time they will be
publicly opened in the City Council Chambers at 14900 23rd Avenue North' -by the'
City Manager and City Engineer, will then be tabulated, and will be con'sldered.
