RESOLUTION NO. 74.319
REDUCING BOND - IMPERIAL HILLS SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, Ecklund-Swedlund, as developers of Imperial Hills Second Addition, have
completed certain items pursuant to their development contract, and
WHEREAS, Ecklund-Swedlund. as developers, file and also made their request for bond
reduction to reflect the completed work in said addition.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined and inspected said work and recommends
that the bond be reduced from $383.00 to $0.00. (Seaboard Bond #627913).
NOW'hat THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA

to $0.00,
The oration for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
