SeTFo-Td and Spaeth The following members were absent: Councilman Neils Councilmen S aeth introduced the following Resolution and wove adoption: opt on: RESOLUTION NO. 74-318 ACCEPTING PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENT IN "CIRCLE STAR SECOND ADDITION" FROM RMNENHORST CORPORATION, AND REFERRING FOR FEASIBILITY REPORT FROM CONSULTING ENGINEERS BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH: 1. A certainppetition requesting the improvement of proposed,28th Avenue in the proposed Circle Star Second Addition (east of Niagara Lane and north of 27th Avenue) tiled with the Council on July 1. 1974,is hereby declarid to be signed by 100% of the woners of property affected thereby. This delara- tfork is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes Sec. 429.035. The petitioner also waives his right to a public hearing. 2. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Andarlik and Associates, Inc„ and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary wey as to whether the proposed improvement is fesslbli?sand as to whether it should best be made asproposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the Following vote n favor thereof: Mawr Hilde. Councilmg_n Hunt.
