CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 1st Only
of duty , 197 The following members were present: NXYFF—
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
Moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-317
REVISION OF DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT - BELMAR'S INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, the development contract for selMar's Industrial Park requires that 21st
Avenue east of Fernbrook Lane be cons -rutted to a width of 44 feet,
WHEREAS, similar streets in the area have been constructed by the City to a 40
foot width,
WHEREAS, 21st Avenue east of Fernbrook Lane is not a collector or major thoroughfare
and therefore 40 feet would provide sufficient ftreet width for two lanes of traffic,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMUTH
that the development contract for BelMar's Industrial Park dated May 20, 1974
is hereby revised to reflect the reductioniln the width of street from 44 feet
to 40 feet for 21st Avenue North east of Fernbrook Lane.
The motion for th adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counci men Seiboldr ,and upon vote beeaing taken thereon, the
