Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and

moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 74,7316
LOT CONSOLIDATION • NELNARD B. ODEGAARD
WHEREAS, Nelmaird B. Odegaard,vowner of Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Penwalk Addition,
Hennepin County, has requested consolidation of the above described lots be approved,
and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Staff has reviewed said request and recommends approval
of said ,request,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT; HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that_ 6h 2 and 3. Block 1, Penwalk Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota. be
consolidated into one lot.
