HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1974-314Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its a opt on RESOLUTION N0, 74-314 APPROVING CONCEPT PLAN FOR A RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT SUBMITTED BY MISSION PARTNERSHIP WHEREAS, Mission Partnership, owners of approximately 417 acres of land to the north and northwest sides of Medicine Lake, has requested Concept Plan Approval under the provisions. of Section 20, Subdivision 3, of the Plymouth Zoning Ordin- ance,pertaining to the Residential Planned Unit Development, and WHEREAS, the Plymouth City. Planning Commission has held public informational meetings on April 3, 1974 and April 17, 19740 `and ilii recommended approval of the Concept 'Plan. and WHEREAS, the City Council on May b, 1974, did defer action on this request and requested that the petitioner revise the Concept Plan according to direction from the Council, and WHEREAS, the petitioner has revised said Concept Plan and submitted it to the City for approval. NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the Concept Plan (Exhibit A, dated June 11, 1974) for a Residential Planned Unit Development submitted by the Mission Partnership for approximately 417 acres on Medicine Lake be hereby approved in concept, subject to the Preliminary Plat and Plan containing an overall density for the project within the minimt1m and'maxi -mum density range as established in the adopted Comprehensive Land Use Guide Plan, and the applicable ordinances and policies that pertain.
