Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota. was held on t e 1st day

RESOLUTION NO. 74-313
SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR
TO FILING WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY OF RESOLUTION NO. 74-312
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has approved of the Division
of Parcel 2800, Sectton.23, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, requested
by John A. Miller,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that copies of the Resolution approving'said Subdivision shall not be filed `
with the county until the following conditions are met:
1. A cash donation to the Park Dedication Fund in the amount of $300 (2 tots
K $150 per new lot created) be paid.
2. Any new sewer or water connections be made at the owner's expense if the
stubs are not in.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by ;
