Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was a on t e 1st day of

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 74-312
LOT DIVISION - JOHN A. MILLER
WHEREAS. John A. Miller, owner of Parcel 2800, Section 23. Township 118, Range 22,
has requested that the existing parcel be further subdivided, and
WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed said request and recommends approval, and
WHEREAS. the City Council has now determined that the subdivision of said parcel
which contains less than five (5) acres would not interfere with tftpurposes of
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Plymouth and that a refusal to permit
such subdivision would create an unnecessary hardship on such owner,
NOW, TREREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
'as follows:
1., C:pliance with the provisions of Section 462.358, Subdivision 4, Minnesota
Statutes. and Chapter VII of the City Code as related to the division-of
consolidation of platted lots is hereby approved with respect to the 'following d
described parcels:

That part of Trac-t_E-and Tract F Registered Land Survey Nuimber 237. files
of `Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin, lying easterly of the westerly
330 feet and westerly of a line drawn northerly from the-southerly line of
Tract F. Registered Land Survey Number 237 described as follows: Commencing
at the southwest corner thereof, thence easterly along the southerly line
thereof a.distance of 437.91 feet- �o the point of beginning of the line to
be described, thence deflecting 90so02' left a distance of 315.00 feet
andtts northerly extension.

That.part of Tract E and Tract F. Registered Land Survey Number 237, files
of `Registrar of Titles. County of Hennepin, lying easterly of a line drawn
northerly from the southerly line of Tract F, Registered Land,Survey Number
237 said. line described-as follows: commencing at the southwest corner
thereof thence easterly along the southerly line thereof a• Oistance of

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: ,Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted
against or abstained: none. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.
