Pilgrim Lane - 36th Avenue to 140 feet south of 32nd Avenue 2. 32nd Avenue from Pilgrim Lane to approximately 200 feet east of Saratoga Lane 3. 34th Avenue from Pilgrim Lane to approximately 240 feet east thereof WHEREAS, Metro Development Corporation, as Developer, has filed and also made Its request for approval and final acceptance of said streets by the City of Plymouth, WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined and inspected said streets and certified that they were constructed in accordance with all City re0uirements and recommends acceptance of same by the City, and WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract No. A-333 dated May 15, 1972, the Developer and the surety on his bond will coetinue to be responsible for any defects in the work, latent or otherwise, for a period of one year from and after the date of acceptance by the City, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the streets constructed, as outlined above, are hereby accepted by the City of Plymouth for continual maintenance and the Developer and the surety on his bond will continue to be responsible for any defects in the work, latent or otherwise, for a period of one year from and after the date of this resolution as provided for in the Development Contract No. A-333 dated May 15, 1972: AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Developer's bonds for the streets and previously }i accepted utility construction (Res. 73-77, dated February 20, 1973) are hereby "7 reduced to reflect the completed work as follows: Bond No. 8199 - $163,350.00 - Sanitary Sewer and Water Main Construction reduced to $10:000 (not fully reduced because they have some minor work to do). Bond No. 8200 - $144,600.00 - Street Construction reduced to $10,000. wc, l 9 gond No. 8201 - $87,438.00 - Storm Sewer Construction - reduced to $0.00. ,n The motion for the adoption of the ,foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by COO nailnan-Spaeth and uppon vote boing taken thereon, the following voted in favor the Mayor M lda, Councfilmen.Hunt.
