R ESOLUTION N O. 2020-097
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING J OINT P OWERS A GREEMENT WITH THE
C ITY OF M INNETONKA FOR THE R IDGEMOUNT A VENUE
R EHABILITATION P ROJECT (ST210002)
WHEREAS, the jurisdiction of Ridgemount Avenue is shared between the City of Plymouth and the City
of Minnetonka; and
WHEREAS, a Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Minnetonka has been prepared in which they and
the City of Plymouth have agreed to improve Ridgemount Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Joint Powers Agreement between the City of Plymouth and the City of Minnetonka for the
Ridgemount Avenue is approved and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the agreement and
any amendments to the agreement.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 24th day of March, 2020.
