NOV..THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH` that the request of Seymour Clayman for approval of a Site Plan dated May 94 1974 for duarehouse to be located at the southeast corner of 10th Avenue North and ' Lincaster Lane L be approvedsubject to the following ftndftionsi 1.
