Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City

WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Planning Commission has reviewed said requesteand has
recommended approval..
NOV..THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH`
that the request of Seymour Clayman for approval of a Site Plan dated May 94 1974
for duarehouse to be located at the southeast corner of 10th Avenue North and

1. The recommendations of the City Engineer as per surface drainage be made, a par

3. A cash donation to the Park Dedication Fund would amount to $400 (0.88 acres x $500)
