R ESOLUTION N O. 2020-095
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING H OT M IX A SPHALT P RICES FOR 2020
WHEREAS, the price of hot mix asphalt materials is in the approved 2020 budget; and
WHEREAS, the City has prepared specifications, advertised, received bids, and opened bids on
March 5, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the bids from Tiller Corporation, dba Commercial Asphalt Company, of Maple Grove,
Minnesota, and C.S. McCrossan Construction, Inc., of Maple Grove, Minnesota are accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that funding shall be from the General Fund (Street Maintenance
Division operating budget) in the amount of $100,000, Water Resources Fund in the amount of $15,000,
and the Street Reconstruction Fund in the amount of $75,000.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 24th day of March 2020.
