R ESOLUTION N O. 2020-094
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING W ATER T REATMENT C HEMICAL P RICES FOR 2020
WHEREAS, the price of water chemicals is in the approved 2020 budget; and
WHEREAS, the City has prepared specifications, advertised, received bids, and opened bids on
March 5, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the bids submitted by Hawkins, Inc. of Roseville, Minnesota, and DPC Industries, Inc.
of Rosemount, Minnesota are accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the funding shall be from the Water Fund in the amount of
$300,000.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 24th day of March 2020.
