IiHEAEAS,. Darrel A. Farr Development Corp. and Builders Equity Co. have requested

Preliminary Plstaapproval for proposed "Rockford Ponds", and

WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has
recommended approval,
AM, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY_THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the request of Darrel A. Farr. Develppment:Corp, and,Builders.Equity Co..Jor

subject to the foiloiving conditions
1, The �irk,Oodieation requirements consist of a cash donation to be calculated
within the Development Contract.
2. The recommendation of theCCt*y Engineer relative to drainage easament and street
9►•sjes be made a part of this recommendation.
3. No. gradino permit be issued until final grading or development plan has net
with the approval of the City Engineer:
4. Outlot "9" be dedicated as a street right•of-way.
5. That reconstruction of the service drive be made a part of the Development
Contract.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
