Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was neld cn t:e 17th day

RESOLUTION NO. 74-287
BOARD OF REVIEW - RALPH A. MONS
WHEREAS. Ralph A. Mohs, 2745 Oakview Lane North, Plat 43986. Parcel 2000, appeared
before the Board of Review appealing the City Assessor's determination of fair
market value of the subject parcel, and
WHEREAS. the Board of Review has received a report from the City Assessor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH.
ACTING AS BOARD OF REVIEW. that the City Assessor's valuation of Plat 43986,
Parcel 2000 for the year 1974 remain unchanged.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
sjoaRth and upon vote being taken thereon, the'
