BOARD OF REVIEW - JOHN A. REED
WHEREAS, John A. Reed, 17230 11th Avenue North. Plat 43960. Parcel 5825, appeared
before the Board of Review appealing the City Assessor's determination of fair
market value of the subject parcel, and
WHEREAS. the Board of Review has received a report from the City Assessor. ;
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
ACTIN6.A5 BOARD OF REVIEW, that the 1974 volution of Plat 43960, Parcel 5825
be set at $32,700 ($6.700 Land plus $25.900 Building). ;
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly'seconded by
Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
