Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the" 17th day

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption: ' ,a
RESOLUTION NO. 74-285
BOARD OF REVIEW - SIGURD GUSTAFSON
WHEREAS .Sigurd J. Gustafson, 1228 Goldenrod Lane North, Plat 44210, Parcel 1850,
appeared before the.Board of Review appealing the City Assessor's determination
of fair market value of the subject parcel, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Review has received a report from the City Assessor,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
ACTING AS BOARD OF REVIEW, that the City Assessor's valuation of Plat 44210,
Parcel. 1850 for the year 1974 remain unchanged.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
o owingg vote to favor thereof: Mayor HiId9e, Councilmen Hunt,
Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
