appeared before the Board of Review appealing the City Assessor's determination
of-fair ewrket value of the subject parcel, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Review has received a report from the City Assessor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY .OF PLYMOUTH,
ACTING AS BOARD OF REVIEW, that the 1974 valuation of Plat 43986, Parcel X00 be
set at $38,360 ($960 Land plus $37,400 Building).
