RESOLUTION NO. 74-283
BOARD OF REVIEW - DAVID J. LENTZ
WHEREAS, David J. Lentz, 2340 Urbandale Lane North, Plat 44224, Parcel 5700,
appeared before the Board of Review appealing the City Assessor's determination
of fair market value of the subject parcel, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Review has received a report from the City Assessor,
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
ACTING AS BOARD OF REVIEW, that the City Assessor's valuation of Plat 44224,
Parcel 5700 for the year 1974 remain unchanged.
