BOARa OF REVIEW ALAN RICHARDS
WHEREAS. Alan Richards. 2525 Troy Lane North, Plat 44224, Parcel 1300, appeared
before the Board of Review appealing the City Assessor's determination of fair
warket value of the subject parcel. and
WHEREAS, the Board of Review has received a report from the City Assessor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
ACTING AS BOARD OF REVIEW. that the 1974 valution of Plat 44224, Parcel 1300
be set at $52.000.
