RESOLUTION NO. 74-280
BOARD OF REVIEW - FRANZ H. FLATH
WHEREAS. Franz H. Flath, 17200 14th Avenue North. Plat 44516, Parcel 3200, appeared
before the Board of Review appealing the City Assessor's determination of the fair
market value of the subject parcel. and
WHEREAS,, the Board of Review has received a report from the City Assessor,
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
ACTING AS BOARD OF REVIEW. that the City Assessor's valuation of Plat 44516, Parcel
3200 for the year 1974 remain unchanged.
The motion for.the adoption of the foregoing Rerolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
