RESOLUTION NO. 74=279
BOARD OF REVIEW - ROGER A FAZENDIN
WHEREAS, Roger A. Fazendin, Plat 43729, Parcel 3030, appeared before the Board
of Review appealing the City Assessor's determination of the fair market value
of the subject parcel, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Review has received a report from the City Assessor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIE OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH.
ACTING AS BOARD OF REVIEW. that the the City Assessor's valuation of Plat 43729,
Parcel 3030 for the year 1974 remain unchanged.
