Councilman Seibold introd+iced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-.27.8
BOARD OF REVIEW T ROBERT F. HUGHES
WHEREAS, Robert F. Hughes, 4155 State Highway 101, Plat 43718, Parcel 210,
appeared before the Board of Review appealing the City Assessor's determination
of the fair market value of the subject parcel, and
WNE7�AR- the Board of Review has received a report from the City Assessor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
ACTING AS BOARD OF REVIEW, that the City Assessorrs valuation of Plat 4.3718,
Parcel 210 for the year 1974 remain unchanged,
