BOARD OF #VIEW' ARTHUR E. GRONEWOLD
WHEREAS, Arthur E. Gronewold, 2755 Shadyview- Lane North, Pitt 44315, Parcel 2850,
appeared before the Board of Review appealing the City Assessor's determination
of the fair market value of the subject parcel, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Review has received a report from the City Assessor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, ACTING AS THE BOARD OF
REVIEW, OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the 1974 valuation of Plait 4431.5, Parcel 2850
