Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day

RESOLUTION NO. 74-275
APPROVING, PLANS ANO SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERIRG ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
PROJECT, NO. 302 WATER TREATMENT'P LANT
WHEREAS,. purseant to a resolution by- the Council on Jamary 8, 1974, the.
consulting engineering firm of 3 Rosene, Anderlik and:Asswtattw4� Inc,
has prepared plans and specifications for the construction -of a 13 -million gallon,
per day,0ressure Iron removal me - I water treatment Plant and has presented such plans
and specifications to the Council for approval,
NOW THEREFORE
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KytwHi
1. Such lans and -specifications, a copy of which is attached, hereto and,i4de- a
part hereof are hereby approved.
2. The City, Clerk 'shall prepare and cause to'be inserted in theofficial paper and
