and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making
of such.,i rovement u, er suc approved plans and specifications. The, adver-
tisement shall be published for two days, shall specify the work to be done,
shall state that bids will be received by the Clerk until 2:00 PA. on lune
28, 1974, at which time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers
of the City Hall. 19400 23rd Avenue North, by the City Manager and City Engineer,
will then be tabulated and will be consifteed by the Council at 7-30 P.M. on
August 5, 1974 in the Council Chambers.
