Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 74-268
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT -
"NORTHWESTERN BELL PLYMOUTH OFFICE IST ADDITION"
WHEREAS, Northwestern Bell Telephone Comipany has requested approval of the Final
Plat of the Northwestern Bell Plymouth Office 1st Addition, and
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the proposed
Final Plat,
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the Development Contract and Final Plat for "Northwestern Bell Plymouth
Office 1st Addition" be and is hereby approved, and that the Mayor and City
Manager be authorized to sign the Contract on behalf of the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by,;
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
