RESOLUTION NO. 74-267
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR GERALD J. PROVOST TO OPERATE A
HOME OCCUPATION FOR HYMOSTATIC TESTING OF SCUBA TANKS
WITHIN THE GARAGE AT BIS DWELLING
WHEREAS, Gerald J. Provost, 17125 11th Avenue North, has requested a Corlitional
`Use
Permit to operate a hove occupation within his residence, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has
recommended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ff THE CITY OF
PLYWUTH that the request of Gerald J. Provost for a Conditional Use Permit to
operate`.a home occupation -for hydrostatic testing of scuba tanks within tha ggarage
at his dwelling at 17125 11th Avenue North be
approved subject to the following
conditions.
1. The Conditional.Use Permit be for a period of one year, at which time he will
.:
be'required to re -apply for another Conditional Use Permit.

-2. Nosign be allowed on the petitioner's property relative to his howoccupation.
3. No repair of tanks be conducted.
-4. No outside storage of any materials related to this home occupation be permitted.
