DENYIHG>THE.REQUEST
OF DALE L. GRAVE FOR LOT DIVISION
WHEREAS, Lale L. Grave. owner of Parcel 4025 (a portion of Lot 6, Wayzata Faemsteads)
has requested further division of said parcel, and
WHEREAS, it would not be in the best interest of the City to grant a further subdivision

of this.parcel until such, time as public water, sewer and street improvements are
installed.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED Br THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the _quest of Dale L..'Grave:for a further.division of a:.portiok of Lot
Wayzata ;Farmsteads. be hereby denied because public water and sewer, are not presently
available to this area, .and because the City policy adopted
January 22, 1473 provides
