CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Council of the City of Plymouth, t'innesota, was h=1d on the 3rd udy
of June , 1974 The following members were present: mayor
Hilda Councilmen Hunt Neils Seibold and Spaeth
he 751lowing members were absent: ;gone
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-265
REVISING RESOLUTION NO. 74-219
WHEREAS, on May 6, 1974, by Resolution No. 74-219, this Council did set forth
certain conditions to be met, and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 3, "that a joint driveway be developed as such time as a
house is built on Parcel `B` ", is inappropriate under the existing conditions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that Resolution No. 74-219 be revised in that Condition No. 3 shall be deleted
and Condition No. 4 renumbered to "3".
The motion for the adopticn of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
•Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
