Councilman Nei is introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 74-261A'
SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS TO BE NET PRIOR TO FILING WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY OF RESOLUTION
NO. 74-.261
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has approved of the re -arrangement

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF`PLYMOUTH

that copies of the.retOution approving said subdivision not be filed with Hennepin .
County until'`the following conditions are met:
1. That the driveway to the existing garage on Parcel A which connects with Highway
!Wb closed, and"the existing driveway to 12th A-renue`North become the.tlriveway
serving the exi ting garage.

2. Thit seven additional feet of street and utility right=of-way'be. dedicated to
the City along the west side of Parcel "A".
3. That any additional utility stubs 1n order to connect Parcel "B" to public water.
and sewer be installed at the owner's expense.
4. That theright of access to the original two parcels be deeded to the City --
right of access to 101.
The motion for the'adoptinn of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
