Councilman.Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
ts'adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-261
APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF LOTS 27 AND 28, BLOCK 1, CITY VIEW ACRES'- CLOYD R. MARTIN
WHEREAS, Cloyd R. Martin, owner of Lots 27 and 28, Block 1, City View Acres, has
requested that the existing parcels be further subdivided, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has now determined that the subdivision of said lots which
contain less than five (5) acres would not interfere with the purposes of the Sub-
division Regulations of the City of Plymouth and that a refusal to permit such
subdivision would create an unnecessary hardship on such owner,
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
as follows:
1. Compliance with the provisions of Section 462.358, Subdivision 4, Minnesota
Statutes, and Chapter VII of the City -Code as related'to the division or consoli-
dation of platted lots is hereby approved with respect to the following
described parcels:
PARCEL, A
Lot 27, except the east 125 feet thereof, and Lot 28, except
the east 125 feet thereof, Block 1, City View Acres, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
PARCEL B
The easterly 125 feet of Lots 27 and 28, Block 1, City View
Acres, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
2. The City Clerk is directed to prepare a certified copy of this Resolution for
Recording purposes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following
voted against or abstained: none. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
