Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
CLouncil of the City ofP ymouth, Minnesota, was a on the 20th day of

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-255
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, COMBINING PROJECTS FOR BIDDING AND
ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS - PROJECT NOS. 404 AND 405
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on April 15, 1974, the
consulting engineers, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc., retained
for the purpose, have prepared plans and specifications for the improvement of
Nathan Lane between 10th Avenue and 13th Avenue, Project 404, by the construction
of a Aine ton tibuminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer facilities
and all'necessary appurtenances and have presented such plans and specifications
to the Council for approval, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on April 15, 1974, the
consulting engineers, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc., retained
for the purpose, have prepared plans and specifications for the improvement of
10th Avenue between Nathan Lane and County Road 18, Project 405, by the construction
of a nine ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer facilities
and necessary appurtenances and has presented such plans and specifications to the
Council for approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1. Projects 404 and 405 are combined for bidding purposes.
2. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof, are hereby approved.
3. The City Clerk shall prepared and cause to be inserted in the official paper
and in The Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of
such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement
shall be published for two days, shall specify the work to be done, shall
state that bids will be received by the Clerk until 10:30 A.M. on June 14, 1974,
at which time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the City
Hall located at 14900 23rd Avenue North by the City Manager and the City Engineer.
The motion for the foregoing resoiution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: none.
Whereupon the resulution was declared duly passed and adopted.
