HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1974-254V W CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a REGULAR meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day �f May , 1974 . The following members were present: mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Ne"TTs -and Spaeth The following members were absent: Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resor: .an at.d moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-254 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS - PROJECT NO. 403 - NORTHWESTERN BELL SITE WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 4th day of March,1974 fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of Nathan Lane between 49th Avenue and 51st Avenue; 49th Avenue between Nathan Lane and County Road 18; 51st Avenue between Nathan Lane and County Road 18 by the installation of sanitary sewer, water main, 9 ton bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer as required . for street construction and all necessary appurtenances. and WHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the hearing though two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on April 1, 1974, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted May 6, 1974. 2. That the storm sewer proposal as shown in the City Engineer's memo dated May 14, 1974 be adopted. 3. That Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils and upon vote being talken thereon, the folluwing voted 'in savor teor: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils andel Spaeth The following ollowing voted against or absza ie none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed_ and adopted.
