Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Piym uth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day
of _ May , 19 74 . The following members were present: Mayor
Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils and S aeL,l
The fol oAng members were absent: _ Councilman Seibold
Councilman Spaeth introdu,.ed the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-252
ASSESSMENT ABATEMENT - PLAT 44285, PARCEL 4210
WHEREAS, Plat 44285, Parcel 4210 was assessed for water main under Levy 5920, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that said plat 44285, parcel 4210 is not a buildable
lot because of a portion taken for highway right-of-way,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
that the assessment for plat 44285, parcel 4210 under Levy 5920 in the amount of
$1,593.38 is hereby abated.
The motion for the adoptien of the foregoinn Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
