HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1974-249CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of May 19 74 . The following members were present: MAYUr— Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Nef1s and Spaeth The following mem ers were absent: Councilman Seibold Councilmen Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and ' moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-249 APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR "JENSEN'S LAKESIDE ADDITION" WHEREAS, Harry N. Jensen has requested approval for a Preliminary Plat dated March 20, 1974, for a parcel of land approximately 4.8 acres in size to be divided into five single lots, and WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has recommended approval, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that Jensen's Lakeside Addition proposed Preliminary Plat located north of County Road 15 and west of Pinevlew Lane be hereby approved subject to the following conditions - 1. Joint drives onto County Road 15 be developed for Lots 1 and 2 and Lots 3 and 4. 2. The recommendation of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission be made a part of this recommendation. A cash donation to the Park Dedication Fund would amount to $750 (5 lots x $150 per lot). 3. Variances be allowed for Lots 1 and 2 for lot area requirements. 4. That extra utilities of sewer and water stubs be provided by the developer, and that researching be done of assessments of the parcel. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resoiution was duly seconded by ront 11man Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the o owing vote in favor " t ii rem--- Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt.
