Councilmen Hunt Neils and Spaeth The following mer ers were absent: Councilman Seibold CouncilmanrHunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-248 APPROVING TAXICAB LICENSE FOR TOWN TAXI, INC. - 42 TAXICABS WHEREAS, Town Taxi, Inc. has requested a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity for the purposes of operating forty-two (42) taxicabs in accordance with Chapter III, Section 8 of the City Code, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity is hereby granted to Town Taxi, Inc. for 1974 for the operation of forty-two (42) taxicabs, and FURTHER, that the taxicab licenses. listed on the attached sheet as Appendix A, are hereby approved.
