Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was -held on the 20th day

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution ai.d

RESOLUTION NO. 74.247
TRANSFER OF PROPERTY FROM NORTH CENTRAL TO NORTHEAST SEWER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has been requested by Mr. Bryce Johnson to consider a
permanent connection to the Northeast Sanitary Sewer District for his property
legally described as Plat 43713, Parcel 2695, Section 13, which is located in the
North Central Sanitary Sewer District, and
WHEREAS, sanitary sewer service to that portion of the North Central Sanitary Sewer:-.
District proposed for development by Mr. Johnson is several years off, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has indicated to the City Council in his memo of May 15,
7974 that it is feasible to serve the aforementioned property by gravity sanitary
sewer from the Northeast Sewer District without any detrimental effect to said
district,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that this Council agrees in concept to transfer from the North Central Sanitary
Sewer District to the Northeast Sanitary Sewer District the property legally
described as Plat 43713, Parcel 2695, tying in Section 13, contingent on the staff
researching to determine if the area to the north of the aforementioned parcel and
to the east of Zachary Lane in the North Central District does not need to have
additional dollars spent above that normally which would be expended to provide
service for the aforementioned propertjl.
