Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-242
SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS TO BE MET
PRIOR TO FILING OF SUBDIVISION VARIANCE - JOSEPH J. EBERLE REQUEST
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has approved of a Subdivision
Variance for a Parcel "A" and a Parcel "B" located in Section 36, requested by
Joseph J. Eberle,
.NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT.HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that copies of the Resolution approving said Subdivision variance not be filed
with the County until the following conditions are met:
1. A cash dona=ion to the Park Dedication Fund in the amount of $300 (2 lots
x $150) be paid.
2. An additional seven feet be dedicated along Zachary Lane to the City for a
. street right-of-way, with the exception of Parcel, "A".
3. That the driveway for the new lot be a "T" turn -around configuration to allow
traffic to move onto County Road 73 in a forward motion.
4. That any new sewer or water connections be made at the owner's expense, if the
stubs are not in.
The motion for the adcption of the foregoing Resolution was duty seconded by
