The following members were present: Mayor H1Tde, Caunc un men Neils and Spaeth TR Tollowing members were absent:— ounc T Tia—n—geWo Councilman Huntintroduced the following Resolution and`. moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-240 r` APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT 'FOR -"METRO INDUSTRIAL PARK SECOND ADDITION" - SHENANDOAH DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION WHEREAS;, Shenandoah Development Corporation,has requested Preliminary Plat Approval for "Metro Industrial Park 2nd Addition", and WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has recommended approval. t` NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the request of Shenandoah Development Corporation for Preliminary Plat Approval for "Metro Industrial: Park 2nd Addition" dated March 15, 1474 be approved subject to the following conditions: 1. That, ten foot utility and drainage easements be shown along all street rights- of-way on the final plat. 2. That a cash payment to satisfy the Park Dedication requirement be made in the amount of $5,215. 3. That a 40 foot right-of-way from the center line of 31st Avenue North along the north boundary of the proposed 3rd Addition be dedicated to the city for street purposes. 4. That when the final plat for the 3rd Addition is proceeded with, it include in it the provisions for construction of Ranchview Lane as shown in Exhibit A-552 of the April 29, 1974 staff report. Motion to amend carried, four ayes.
