introduced the following Resolution and
moved is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-239
VACATION OF LARCH LANE
WHEREAS, a petition to vacate Larch Lane was received by the City Council from
the property owners adjacent to Larch Lane north of 24th Avenue, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 20, 1974, in accordance with Minnesota
Statutes 412.851 as amended, and
WHEREAS, notice of publication was published and posted two weeks prior to the
meeting of May 20, 1974 and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public 'hearing on May 20, 1974 to consider any
and all interested parties relative to the vacation of LarchLanebetween 24th
Avenue North and Goldie Avenue. and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that Larch Lane between 24th Avenue
North and Goldie Avenue is not needed for a public street,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that Larch Lane between 24th Avenue North and Goldie Avenue is hereby vacated.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Reso''ution w<< duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote be -Ing taken thereon, the
