Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on t e 6th day
of May 19 74. The following members were present:
Hilde Councilmen Seibold Spaeth. Neiis and Hunt..
e following members were absent., none
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-237
AUTOMOBILE DEALER LICENSE - CHARLES WALTON, dba WALTON FORD, INC.
WHEREAS, Charles J. Walton, dba Walton Ford, Inc., has submitted anapptication
for Automobile Dealer License to the City Council for approval, in accordance with
Chapter III, Section 18, Plymouth Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYHOM,
MINNESOTA that the application for Automobile Dealer License of Charles J. Walton,
dba Walton Ford, I6c., be approved for a period to expire April 30, 1975.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt , and upon vote heing taken thereon, the

Neils and Seibold
The following voted against ora staine : Councilman pike
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted.
