CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City`
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day �.
of may 19 74. The following members were present: mayor
Hi councilmen Hunt Neils Seibold and Spaeth
Tfiefollowing members were absent: none
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 14-236
CIGARETTE LICENSE - SHARON FRANKO, dba CENTER LIQUORS
WHEREAS, Sharon Franko, dba Center Liquors, has submitted an application for
Cigarette License to the City Council for approval, in accordance with Chapter III,
Section 6, Plymouth Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the application for Cigarette license of Sharon Franko, dba Center Liquors,
be approved for a period to expire December 31, 1974.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CglIncilman and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following votecT in avor F re6i' Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The foo ng voted against orabstained- none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
