Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was d on the 6th day

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-235
LICENSE RENEWALS - SMALL DISPOSAL SYSTEMS
WHEREAS, a list of Small Disposal License applications have been presented to the Council
for approval, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 6, Plymouth Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the following list of Small Disposal System License Applications
be approved for a period to expire April 30.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolutien was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , ant upon vote being taken thereon, the
