Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was ,field on the 6th day

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-2?3
ACCEPTING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND CALLING PUBLIC HEARING -
PROJECT NO. 411 - RANCHVIF.W MANOR STREETS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted March 4, 1974, a report has
been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Quantico
Lane cul-de-sac in the Ranchview Manor Addition by the construction of 7 ton
bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances,
and this report was received by the Council on May 6, 1974.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the
rreport and the assessmedt of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost
of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Ch. 398 as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement
of $6,712.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on thel7th day of
June, 1974, in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building at 7:30
P.M., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing
and improvement as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted infavor' thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Neils Seibold and Spaeth
