CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereuT, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day
of May , 19 74 The following members were present: mayor
ounci't—men Hum Neils, Spaeth and Seibold
The following members were absent: none

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-231
APPROVING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR PARKERS LAKE CEMETERY
WHEREAS, the City Manager has prepared Rules and Regulations for the Parkers Lake
Cemetery, and
WHEREAS, this Council has received and reviewed said proposed Rules and Regulations,
'NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the Rules and Regulations for the Parkers Lake Cemetery dated May 1, 1974 be
and the same are hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
