Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day
nc May 1974 . The followina members were Dresent: NYOF
WHEREAS, the Developer, Vern Youngberg,'had developed the Vicksburg Terrace Addition
and posted a bond to insure that certain requirements per the Development Contract
were completed, and
WHEREAS, all the lots in said subdivision have residences constructed thereon and
' all lots have been final graded,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the Certificate of Deposit in the amount of $260.00 covering the grading of
said lots be returned to Vern Youngberg to reflect the completed work.
The motion for she adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in f a v o r t ereo : aMayor Hilde, Councilmen
Huht, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
