CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aregular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was field on the 6th day
of May 19 74 . The following members were present:!Mor

Councilman Hunt . introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-223A
SETTING FORTH CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF SUBDIVISION
OF LOT 1, BLOCK 3, WILSHIRE GARDENS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has approved the further sub-
division of Lot 1, Block 3, Wilshire Gardens, per request•af William R. Minor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that copies of the Resolution approving said Subdivision not be filed with
the County until payment of a park dedication of $150, per policy of the Council.
The motion for the-.doption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded Ery
