Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ularr meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day
ofmay 19 74 . The following members were present: Mayor

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-222
APPROVING LOT DIVISION - JEROME BEGIN
WHEREAS, Jerome Begin has requested a division of unplatted property located in
the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 3, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Planning Commission has recommended that said 40 acre
parcel be divided into a 35 -acre parcel and a five -acre parcel,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the request of Jerome Begin be hereby approved for a division of the Northwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 3 as each parcel is five acres or greater
and each parcel is 300 feet in width or more.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils _ , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted inavow r tthereot: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt Neils and Seibold

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
